ISL is an International Baccalaurette (IB) World School and is accredited by the Council of International Schools (CIS) and the New England Association of Schools and Collleges ( NEASC).

I hope you are enjoying the change of seasons here in Latvia.
1. A huge thank you to all the parents and staff for making the 2008 ISL International Dinner such a huge success. Special thanks to the PTO for all of their help. If you want to see a few pictures from the event they are posted in our photo gallery.
2. Latvian Independence Day is on Tuesday, November 18th. There will be no school for students or staff. This is the 90th anniversary of Latvian independence! For more information on this celebration you can go here.
3. Mark your calendars for the annual ISL "Snow Show". It will be December 17th at 4pm in the Bulduri Theatre!
