Description:
This activity is for those who have had previous experience in swimming and can safely swim in the adult size swimming pool. The activity is led by 2 certified swimming trainers and 1 assistant chaperon from ISL staff.

On Mondays two coaches will work in the pool with both Beginners and Advanced swimmers. Beginners are those who can safely be in deep water, but still need to learn the strokes. Advanced are those who need to improve their strokes. For now, on Thursdays, the big pool will be offered only to Advanced swimmers with one coach available for them. This activity is led by certified swimming instructors - Zane Treigute (Mondays) and Girts Treiguts (Monday, Thursday) and assisted by Mrs Sloane Schubert ( on Mondays).

Don't forget: SWIM SUIT, POOL SHOES/SANDALS, GOGGLES, TOWEL, SWIM CAP
